Mr. Guillemette became Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer in January, 2006.  Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President – Marketing & Business Development since joining AMTROL in September, 1998.  From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Guillemette was President & Chief Executive Officer of Balcrank Products, Inc.  Previously, Mr. Guillemette served in management positions with units of The Henley Group and its predecessors, including Allied-Signal, The Signal Companies and Wheelabrator-Frye.  He serves as a member of the board of directors of STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG). Mr. Guillemette holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Mr. Harris is founder and president of Harris & Associates, a seventeen-year-old consulting firm specializing in financial, operational and strategic consulting services to start-up and high growth telecommunications and technology firms like Sprint PCS, Omnipoint Communications, Signal Holdings, Unisite, PCS One, Galaxy Scientific Company, ECI Conference Calling Services, Inc., TelePacific, Westec Inc. and others. He is a former Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of VoiceVerified, Inc. Mr. Harris’ experience includes strategic planning, capital formation, corporate valuations, litigation support and expert testimony. He has served as CFO for Independent Wireless One; as VP operations, finance and administration for Horizon Cellular Telephone Company; as VP and CFO for Metrophone Cellular Communications Company; as CFO for Nobel Learning Centers; as Controller for Harrah’s Atlantic City and as audit manager for Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Harris holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School in Philadelphia, a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and has a CPA license in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Janszen is Chief Executive Officer of Newport Global Advisors, L.P. (“NGA”) since 2006. Prior to joining NGA, Mr. Janszen was responsible for the management of AIG Global Investment Group’s (“AIGGIG”) high yield group and was the lead portfolio manager of all AIGGIG’s general and separate high yield accounts. Mr. Janszen joined AIGGIG with its acquisition of American General Investment Management (“AGIM”) in 2001. Previously, Mr. Janszen was head of high yield portfolio management at AIGGIG. At AGIM, he was head of credit research. Prior to re-joining AGIM, Mr. Janszen served as director of research for Pacholder Associates, an independent money manager focused on high yield and distressed investing. Prior to that, Mr. Janszen worked for American General as a senior investment manager. For the four years prior to originally joining American General, Mr. Janszen served in a variety of senior management positions including the last two years as president of ICO, Inc., a public oil service company affiliated with Pacholder. Mr. Janszen spent the first four years of his career as a high yield trader and analyst at Pacholder. Mr. Janszen received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1986.

Mr. Langdon is a Senior Managing Director of NGA since joining NGA in 2006. Prior to joining NGA, Mr. Langdon was responsible for managing AIGGIG’s distressed portfolio. Mr. Langdon joined AIGGIG’s High Yield Group in 2002 as a senior high yield investment analyst following the telecommunications and cable sectors. Prior to joining AIGGIG, Mr. Langdon worked at ABN AMRO as a senior high yield telecommunications and cable analyst. Mr. Langdon started his career as a vice president and high yield investment analyst at Pacholder Associates. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Miami University in 1994 and a Master of Arts in Economics from Miami University in 1995. Mr. Langdon serves on the board of directors of iPCS, Inc.

Mr. Spalding is Chief of Staff for the President of Dartmouth College, a position he has held since June 2010. He joined Dartmouth as Vice President of Alumni Relations in October 2005. Prior to joining Dartmouth College, Mr. Spalding was a Vice Chairman of The Cypress Group L.L.C., a private equity fund manager, since 1994. Mr. Spalding holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from New York University.
