Brady Erickson

Brady started at Amtrol in 2016 as a R&D engineering intern. During this time, he was actively working on his bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After graduation, he accepted a full-time position on the Technical Product Support team as a Technical Specialist and was soon promoted to a Department Supervisor.
He is currently a Residential Product Lead for the Amtrol business within Worthington Enterprises. “Amtrol has afforded me the opportunities to experience and develop in all facets of the business from engineering, sales, marketing, quality, and operations. My favorite part of these roles has been the people and the collaborative efforts across all the departments. Amtrol is a collection of good people making good quality products and I would recommend the company for those interested in the manufacturing industry and/or looking to grow in their careers.”

“One of the best parts of working here is The Worthington Philosophy and its emphasis on the Golden Rule. It’s not just a slogan but a standard I believe everyone strives for. Amtrol/Worthington really cares about their employees – if you show up and give your best, they show up for you. The people I have worked with over the years have played a huge part in my long tenure. I have enjoyed building those relationships and look forward to the ones to come.”
Rafael Perez
Associate Since 2018
Rafael currently holds the role of production line group lead at Amtrol. “My journey here has been incredibly rewarding, especially over the last 2 years as I’ve collaborated closely with our engineering team to develop our new production line and products.” This role has allowed him to combine technical skills with leadership responsibilities.
Starting from an operator position and progressing to different roles, he’s benefited from the company’s investment in training and mentorship. “They’ve encouraged my growth, whether through participation in leadership events or gaining insights from experienced leads, who have generously shared their knowledge. What sets this company apart for me is its unwavering support for employee development.”
The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is important to Rafael. From his early days, the English language was a challenge, but he found nothing but encouragement and opportunities to excel. “The company actively fosters an environment where differences in gender, race, ethnicity, age, and background are respected and celebrated.”
